The view from the balcony was breathtaking, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. The hotel room was immaculate, and room service was punctual with their cleaning and restocking. The shuttle service was free and very convenient to reach the nearby attractions.
The room's insulation was poor, and the noise from other guests and the street traffic was very distracting, making it difficult to sleep at night. The pillows were not comfortable enough, and we had neck pains throughout our stay.

The room at this hotel was luxurious, with exclusive amenities like plush towels and bathrobes. The staff was friendly and anticipated our every need. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience was very relaxing. We booked the room with a Jacuzzi bathtub, which was a marvellous addition to our experience.
While the air conditioning in the room was not broken and made cold air, it was ineffective at cooling the room. The temperature remained high even with the air conditioning on for the entire stay, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep.

The breakfast pastries were tasty and there was a lot of variety. The hotel’s location in the center of town made accessing shops and restaurants very easy. the room had a nice view of the surrounding area.
The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning barely worked, which made sleeping difficult. The bathroom was not clean and there was only a bathtub, no shower.

The warm welcoming from the staff was exceptional with thorough attention to our needs before we even mentioned them. The rooms were spotlessly clean and filled with beautiful decor and furnishings. The breakfast was delicious and served with care. We were ecstatic to explore the dazzling jacuzzi at sunset - it was a romantic fairytale experience. The castle staff were conscientious, helpful, and professional, making our stay delightful.
The air conditioning was not very effective and did not cool the room sufficiently in the summer heat.
